What a great crew. We had a fantastic day. The boat ride out, was fun and the captain gave us a lot of information on the area, The staff made an easy transition from boat to kayak and back again. Our tour guide was terrific and helped us navigate every circumstance with ease. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an up close view at this amazing shoreline

The best way to see Pictured Rocks! Friendly staff and very safety conscious. Tandem skirted kayaks. We rode the boat for about an hour to the best portion of the cliffs and got into the kayaks directly from the back of the boat without getting in the cold lake! Cool customized boat! The guides were all friendly and took us along the cliffs, into the caverns and under the arches. After about 5 miles we returned to the boat, which was always nearby. Kayaking experience is not required but was helpful.

This is the way to go when kayaking along Pictured Rocks! We did the 5 hour ultimate tour. Well organized with lots of instructions ahead of time so you know what to expect - what to wear, what to pack, etc. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great gift shop. Clean and plentiful bathrooms. While kayaking, the launch boat is available nearby if nature calls. It was a little wavy for my taste but the views are spectacular.

Great experience. One person in our group of four was very nervous and almost changed her mind and went back to the boat. Our guide was so amazing at handling the entire situation. He ended up helping ease her fears and actually ended up enjoying her experience. True professional. He even communicated what they'll do if she decided to go back to the boat. They had everything covered.

Pictured Rock Kayaking provided an experience that everyone should add to their bucket list. Too expensive? Absolutely not! You can not put a dollar amount on these priceless memories. The adventure was well organized: From booking the trip to parking, getting ready, the actual kayak trip as well as the dropping off and picking up kajakers with the boat went smoothly. Safety and comfort were always their number one concerns. Staff were young, energetic, entertaining, very knowledgeable, and attentive. The trip started with safety tips and a demonstration of how to effectively maneuver a tandem kayak. A quick run to the bathroom, which was very clean, and off we went on our journey. A 40-minute boat ride brought us to the area with the most picturesque areas of the Pictured Rock National Lake Shore. Staff assisted us into the kayaks and sent us off in groups of 12 with an experienced leader. I am in my 60s with arthritic stiff knees, and I was worried about safely (and somewhat gracefully) getting into a kayak. No problem, staff were very helpful and caring and clearly have dealt with this before. Paddling 5 miles along the rocks and caves lasted about 2 hours. It was easily doable even for beginners. In the office, they sell waterproof cellphone pouches. These worked and came in handy. We had 8mph winds. The waves were not bad, but if you wanted the full experience and went into the caves/close to the rocks, you sometimes got sprayed with water or hit by water dripping from the rocks. Having an extra sweatshirt along we could change into after the trip was also helpful. We left it with our backpack on the boat. Applying mosquito spray is another good idea. Bugs are plentiful and hungry the closer you get to the rocks. Pictured Rock Kayaking, you are a top-notch outfit! Thank you for this wonderful experience.

Absolutely loved it! It was so much fun. We went on a beautiful day. The guides were knowledgeable and helpful. We took kids ages 8 and 10 and they had a great time. Having the boat there for them to use the bathroom was the only way I think they made it through the 6 hour trip. I will be recommending this to everyone I meet.

This trip was awesome! Honestly it was higher than my expectations could have been. You get to go into and through some of the caves and get up close and personal with some of the biggest landmarks in Pictures Rocks. Lillian was our guide and she great the whole trip with the perfect amount of information about each landmark. This is the trip you want to go on. If you're worried about waves or falling out of the kayaks just don't; we barely got wet through the whole 3 hour kayak ride. (If that sort of thing bothers you)

We had the most incredible day exploring our National park!!!! Our captain and her team of guides were all so friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable! The tandem kayaks were very nice and the boat ride there and back was beautiful. It was absolutely money well spent and a very personal and beautiful way to get up close and experience the Pictured Rocks!!
